Easton.
Coach and founder of Ritual Roots Coaching. Twelve years of practice. Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Easton is the coach and founder of Ritual Roots Coaching. He works with individuals, families, and youth — clients in Paradise Valley and the broader Phoenix valley who have already tried the conventional shapes of self-improvement and found them thin.
The work is private, slow, and unhurried. Most engagements begin with a discovery call, then a 4D Holistic Lifestyle Template, and from there a weekly cadence of sessions, ritual plans, and outdoor gatherings on Camelback or in the McDowells. He keeps a small practice on purpose. There is no franchise, no app, no scaled offering. The roster is finite by design — by invitation and private referral.
Easton is not a therapist. He is a coach and practitioner. The work he does is not clinical and is not a substitute for therapy — many of his clients also see licensed therapists, and the two practices run in parallel.
What he offers instead is a lifestyle frame: ritual is the unit of work, not insight; the body is asked to do as much as the mind. Outdoor matters because the desert teaches a different relationship to time and effort than a screen ever can. The aim is not to fix anyone. It is to build a life worth returning to.

Based in Paradise Valley. By invitation, by referral.
Ritual Roots Coaching is based in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with regular work in Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Phoenix. Easton partners with private schools, concierge medical practices, and luxury wellness operators across the valley to extend the practice where families need it.
Outdoor gatherings happen on Camelback Mountain, in the McDowells, and on private land made available by long-time clients. New clients begin only by invitation or private referral.
