Terms of service.
Nature of service
Ritual Roots Coaching is a private wellness coaching practice. It is not a licensed therapeutic, medical, or clinical service. Easton Elizondo is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or clinical social worker. Coaching does not constitute the diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any condition.
Eligibility
Services are offered to adults aged 18 and above, and to minors with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Easton reserves the right to decline an engagement when, in his judgment, the work is not a fit.
Bookings and cancellations
Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Outdoor and family experiences require 72 hours notice. Adventure retreats and circle programs are non-refundable within 30 days of the start date. The full cancellation policy is published separately at /cancellation-policy.
Payments
Engagements are billed privately. Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment details you authorize Ritual Roots Coaching, LLC to charge the agreed fees on the agreed schedule.
Confidentiality
All client information shared in the course of an engagement is held in confidence. Exceptions are limited to circumstances where disclosure is required to prevent imminent harm to self or others, or where required by law.
Intellectual property
The content, programs, frameworks, and materials produced by Ritual Roots Coaching are proprietary. They may be used by clients for personal practice and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Ritual Roots Coaching offers no guarantee of specific outcomes. Participation in outdoor and movement-based experiences carries inherent risk, which clients accept at their own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Ritual Roots Coaching, LLC is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
