What we collect
When you contact us, join the waitlist, or engage in coaching, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, form submissions, intake responses, and session-related notes. We do not sell or rent client data to third parties.
How we use it
Information is used to provide coaching services, communicate with you, schedule sessions, process payments, and improve the practice. Session content is held in confidence and discussed only with you.
Third-party services
The practice relies on a small set of carefully chosen vendors: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Dropbox Sign for e-signatures, and Sanity for the journal. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information required for each service to function.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, primarily to keep you signed in to the member portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time. Send requests to hello@ritualrootscoaching.com.
Children
Engagements involving minors require verifiable parental or guardian consent. Parents and guardians may request the deletion of a child’s information at any time.
